I haven't blogged in a while!! And it's probably dusty here and nobody comes but heck haha coz i've this urge to blog for random. Anyway this morning i finally (after like maybe a year??) went back to my own church! Last few weeks i've been going to a friend's church but that didn't work out. So anyway i'm glad i went today. haha. I'm feeling much better now yay. Love the sanctuary.

Anyway life in combat E has been quite happy, much happier compared to service term in SAFTI haha. Made more friends who're closer to me, the things we do here and much more interesting, although there's a lot of saikang stores to be done, but when you're doing it with friends it's not all that bad. Haha. Last week we had our first overnight exercise since coming to combat e and it wasn't all that bad =) Next week is our 2nd, and well, i just hope it goes by like ZHOOP and isn't too shiong!! Following 3 weeks we move camp to learn how to drive an armoured vehicle which is so cool okay!!

ANYWAY omg recently i just started watching Gossip Girl and oh my god it is amazing and really really good! Everybody should seriously go start watching it!! haha. I shall continue watching it later after i finish this post and take a shower. Yay.

Life's been okay. My sister's in HK doing an exchange programme.. So her car's mine till Dec muaha when i'll get my own =D (points to the car above!!) And my girlfriend went to Beijing a few weeks ago. I visited her last week haha thanks to my parents generosity =D Really miss her much much. Next time i get to see her will probably be Jan =(( Ah well. I hope time flies like ZHOOP. Parents and sis and gf are all overseas now. Other sis is at work. So i'm home all alone -.-

This week quite good, had block leave on Fri and tomorrow! So yay 4 day weekend haha. But i had guard duty on Fri night so yeah. But it's okay. There's like more to come! =(( Sucks. Oh well. See how it goes and hope i don't get too many!!

OMG I PASSED MY DRIVING TEST!!!! YAAAYNESSSSSSS.

This is so awesome haha. My nice sisters have agreed to lend me their cars (1 lent me today the other until wed) yaaay so i can go gallavanting myself haha. Today drove to marina square to meet the bitches, then to newton to buy dinner, then home. Omg so fun haha.

Anyway, back from Brunei obviously and having block leave now. Brunei was quite fun, honestly, haha. I think not many people feel that way though. I probably have my own reasons for enjoying it, which cannot be put on this blog lol.

Next thurs reporting to combat e camp which is Nee Soon camp. Looking forward to what's coming up ahead coz combat e sounds quite interesting. I heard put very little camo on =)) Lol.

Well anyway shall go and bathe now. Must enjoy the rest of my block leave. Yay. I totally thank God for this most amazing day woot.

oh my god! I survived scorpion kinggggg!!! Haha. Oh my gosh it's simply disgusting wearing the same set of uniform for 4 days in a row covered in mud 90% of the time and etc etc etc rubbish stuff. And the lack of sleep is simply mind-blowing.

So i made up for it by sleeping from 7pm last night till 9.30am this morning =)

And anyway i've been eating durians for every weekend since 3 weeks ago lol.

And daddy got me a pretty red ipod nano last week!!! It's damn chio omg. Now i've music in my life back in camp! They should seriously let us listen to ipods during route marches lol it'll make it so much easier.

Kay. I'm talking crap already because my life revolves around army and we can hardly blog anything about army so i shall say bye now!

Oh btw if i get posted to support arms (which we'll find out on monday) it means we're going brunei next sunday o.O

HELLO MY NON-EXISTANT FRIENDS WHO DO NOT VISIT MY BLOG ANYMORE!!!! I am finally actually free enough during weekends to blog!! And the reason is because I finally finished learning driving last week! But my test is still eons later on 11th July. So everybody better pray that i pass ok or not i'll be VERY VERY SAD. Gosh i can't believe i managed to drag myself up at 7am on WEEKENDS to go for lessons from 8-1130am every sunday. Today woke up at 830am after lights outing at 2230 (lol) and 10 hours of sleep should simply be made compulsory in army man. The amount of joy derived from sleeping anything more than 7 hours of sleep can make anybody super enthu about anything.

So anyway, tomorrow is 4 day 3 night field camp =(( My wing is the last wing to go through this field camp. Hrm. Better go find out more from bennett and steal some tips from him aha but he's probably sleeping like a pig right about now.

Things i MUST do after i ORD:

1. Go on a cruise like to some really cool place

2. Go to Tokyo Disneyland

3. Learn how to play violin

4. Continue vocal lessons and force Mr Toh to teach me falsetto or not i'll knock him down

Okay =) I shall continue to slack for the rest of the day and somehow force all the shit outta my body so i don't have to Dabian for the next 4 days!!!! Bye friends!

Anyway finally a long(er) weekend before 10 day field camp and tekong next monday!!! Arrrgh goodness. So long but well it'll pass and hopefully i will (somehow) turn out to be a better soldier/officer-to-be at the end of it haha. 

So anyway i've been taking driving lessons on the weekends and hopefully i'll be able to pass by the start of july. Wheeee i can't wait till i can drive. Driving is really fun haha and last week my instructor looked at my progress and the number of lessons i had taken and she said "i've never met anyone who learns driving as fast as you" wahahaha -beams- 

Omg ok i'm damn tired i wanna go sleep. Goodnight everyone and maybe i'll blog soon haha.

Wow. It's prob been eons since i blogged right. Haha. Anyway it's almost the end of my 2 weeks "confinement" in camp, coz i had sit test over the weekend. Wah. Can't wait to get home!! Drill squad prac has been intense coz comp is next monday. Orion must win!! Hahahaha :) anyway tomorrow going discovery centre, and fri is ippt, the real one. So wish me luck hope i like somehow manage to run fast and get gold hopefully? Haha. Ok anyway need to sleep now. I miss civilian world man, and all u chorale peeps! Hope to see everyone soon! :)

Gosh it has been ages since i blogged! And omg field camp is over!! hahaha. Honestly it wasn't as bad as expected. But then again, many things tend to turn out that way once you've done it. It's only when you're doing it that you feel super sian or whatever. Anyhow, SIT test next weekend so that's another mini field camp. But it's much more important for command school because that's where they assess the leadership abilities etc. Go me. Hahahaha.

Anyway i was super lucky because on thursday night, i was informed that i had PSC interview on friday! So guess what, i missed 1 day of field camp and booked out to mainland!! It was really really God's blessings and all because i was feeling quite homesick on thursday and i was just wishing and praying that i could see my family and friends that instant, and then my commander came and told me the good news =D And what was so surprising was that when i got home, i called PSC and they told me it was a mistake and i wasn't scheduled for an interview! Imagine my surprise haha. I felt a bit bad la because i ended up booking out for no reason while my friends were still in camp. But at least i found out that i booked out on the slackest day of field camp so i didn't miss much, although i had the privilege of bathing haha. But oh well, now that we're all out, everyone is equally clean =D

Okay i need to stop now and go and do a reflection on field camp. My SIT test is over the weekend so i guess that means i won't book out till the following weekend =( This is almost like the 1st  two weeks of confinment. But you know, it's not THAT bad. After this 2 weeks, there's only 1.5 weeks left of BMT before we pass out!! =D

-screams- field camp this coming week haha. Well, it sounds scary. But to me, no matter what, time goes by and 6 days will eventually end and no matter how bad it gets i'll still make it through =) And i think that thought keeps me positive and will keep me going for the next 6 days! And the thought of booking out on sat night haha. Yay =) Field camp can't be THAT bad right?? =D I mean for years people have made it through, and even my own friends have made it through. Yay go us, whoever hasn't had it yet. xD

Anyway today had my 3rd driving lesson and i've finished stage 1 in 3 lessons! Haha. All the instructors say i very good and got potential -beams- so tomorrow is review of stage 1 and the next lesson (which will be eons away because of field camp and SIT test) will be stage 2. 

Yep. Went to see doctor this morning too because my cough etc got worse after the late night last monday during live range =( I seriously hope i get better and get well soon so that i won't suffer too much during field camp.

Hi y'all! Haha went to visit chorale today and I AM SO JEALOUS because they are singing dieu! What a beautiful song. They better do it super nicely. And their concert is on 13th march which is just 3 days after POP (passing out parade) for me and so i'm/we're likely to be able to go for it!! Although it'll be held in school la but still. =)))) Apparently theme for this year is romantic (unlike our sacred theme last year) but it should still be nice and enjoyable. At least the theme isn't like 21st century or something lol. 

Anyway. Booking in at 8.20pm tomorrow. Ahh okay i hope i don't get RT or not next week can only come out on saturday afternoon. 

Yawn. I am super tired. Tonight i shall aim to sleep early, and sleep in till super late tomorrow morning. Wah last night i had a very bad cough and i woke up in the middle of the night at 2am and just coughed and coughed and i felt like dying lol. Argh hate being sick =( No voice to sing also! Like just now visiting chorale then very sad because couldn't sing along or what. Oh wellz. I hope i get well by field camp or not it'll be even worse. Rawr.

I finally read the envelope the girls gave yesterday after our platoon got punished. Was feeling quite down so reading that really really cheered me up. Thanks ladies for preparing all the farewell stuff and all. Haha. Miss everyone a lot a lot. Hmmm. Finally tomorrow I'm going in. 

It's just so surreal. When my brother went into army when i was just Primary 4, it seemed like 'urgh omg army is SO far away'. I mean, there was still 2 years of P school, THEN secondary school, THEN jc. But then now it all just went by so quickly! And in less than 24 hours' time i'll be on tekong dunno doing what already. 

Well, it's just a new chapter in my life i guess. And whether i like it or not now doesn't matter, because i still have to go through it anyway. So i shall go in with an open mind and just do my best in it. And keep a positive mind because being negative about it is probably just going to make things worse. Yay. =))

And look forward to weekends. And stuff. And looking hot at the end of it. Heh.

SO I AM QUITE TIPSY NOW BECAUSE I JUST WENT TO SOME BAR AHAHAHA AND HAD 2 DRINKS. ALTHOUGH AFTER THE 1ST, WHICH WAS SOME SUPER STRONG DRINK I KINDA GOT GIDDY AND WHEN I STOOD UP I TOTALLY KNOCKED OVER MY 2ND GLASS SO I WASTED HALF A GLASS OF DRINK AND THAT'S LIKE $9 OH MY GOD SO DUMB AHAHA. BUT IT WAS SUPER FUN AND NOW I'M VERY HIGH.

AND I REALLY HOPE I DON'T GET A HANGOVER TOMORROW. LUCKILY I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING TOMORROW SO I CAN JUST STAY AT HOME AND SLEEP AND STUFF.
